ABOUT ROSY
I have a background of working in the caring profession and have worked as a carer for elderly clients in their homes, supporting them and their families.
I trained in reflexology because I felt that I gained greater wellbeing from receiving treatments myself. I am a member of the Professional Association of Reflexologists and obtained a level five diploma at the Reflexology Academy London under Hagar Basis, one of the top reflexologists in the country. The training is recognised by the NHS and I have also fully DBS checked for the past 10 years.
ABOUT REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary therapy based on the theory that different pressure points on the hands and feet correspond to specific organs, glands and other parts of the body. By using specialised finger and thumb techniques, the reflexologist can target particular areas and can encourage the body to heal itself in a natural way.
Reflexology is a holistic therapy which can be relaxing and rejuvenating. One can benefit from treatment without necessarily presenting symptoms of any conditions or ailments.

Preparation before treatment
A full medical history is taken before treatments starts in order to determine which parts of the body to focus on. All of the information will remain strictly confidential. You will also be asked to sign a consent form as per the usual procedure.
